This house is of timber frame construction with Coloursteel cladding.

The clients desired high quality timber joinery with security and thermal efficiency being the key features required. Our multi point locking system that locks the window around the entire sash suited the clients perfectly. They also appreciate being able to leave the upstairs windows in tilt mode throughout the day.

This joinery was IV68 made from Western Red Cedar finished in a water borne enamel. Glazing was standard double glazed units with Argon gas.
