This residence was of pre formed concrete slab construction and the owners required joinery that complimented the thermal values of its 200mm thick walls.

Large Bifold units were used to maximise the indoor/outdoor flow in the dining and lounge areas. Tilt and Slide units were used in the kitchen for ventilation in the tilt mode and as servery in the slide mode. Turn and Tilts were used in the gable ends of the upstairs mezzanine to allow good ventilation in this area.

The joinery is IV68 Western Red Cedar finished in Dulux Intergrain Natures Timber Oil.
